PIA cancels working agreements with all airlines associations
Salamabad (Urdupoint Latest News - 30 April 2020) PIA has canceled all working agreements with all the airlines associations. According to the details issued by PIA, Palia, Sasa, Attap, The illegal status of barking has been removed from Pakaki management. Unlike other institutions in PIA, there were more groups which were running parallel systems of administration.
The spokesperson of the national airline further said that the associations were the biggest obstacle in the process of reforms due to personal and political interests. According to him, there was no change in the salaries, allowances and benefits of the employees.
Rather, the purpose of this notification is to restore the writ of administration.
Yesterday, the Home Department implemented the Compulsory Services Act in the PIA for the repatriation of Pakistanis stranded abroad. The Act will come into force immediately and will remain in force for the next six months. The purpose of the Act is to ensure uninterrupted PIA flights. As soon as the Act comes into force, no employee will be able to refuse duty and in case of violation, legal action will be taken.On the other hand, the good news for the employees of Pakistan International Airlines is that despite the huge financial losses caused to the aviation industry due to the corona virus, the salaries of PIA workers will not be reduced. Has issued orders not to deduct salaries. Air Marshal Arshad Malik said that there would be no reduction in the salaries of PIA employees from grade one to four while PIA ground staff at airports across the country have been directed to pay cash for Iftar.
He said that corona kits would be provided to all PIA personnel on duty at the airport in difficult conditions in one to two days. He said that PIA employees were performing their national duty in difficult conditions. O is conducting a special operation to repatriate Pakistanis stranded abroad.
